Vrugte: Card Series

Introducing Deck of Cards, a recent project that began as an Honours Illustration project and has since expanded to include designs for various clients. I used four compositions and collages for this class to make a full deck of cards. Inspired by a song by Paris Paloma, it represents my experience growing up in the church and the feelings that went alongside it. I made it in Afrikaans, as I feel it is more representative of my personal church experience. The project utilizes Procreate, Photoshop, and collage techniques to create unique and visually striking decks of cards.
